AREA MANAGER
An exciting opportunity in Cardiff, We offer a competitive salary range of £28,500 per annum, negotiable, depending upon experience. Benefits include; the use of a company vehicle, mobile phone & tablet, plus 28 days holiday per annum (Including bank holidays)
We are a professional, commercial cleaning company with over 35 years’ experience, looking to employ a Contract Manager on a full time permanent basis to manage the service delivery of a number of key contracts.
We require an experienced, professional, hands-on and customer-focused individual that shares our commitment to effectively manage an established team, to achieve consistent high cleaning standards.
CARDIFF
Morning cleaning operatives required for Cardiff city centre and Cardiff bay
MOBILE SUPERVISOR
Previous cleaning experience is required. Applicant must have a full clean driving licence.
Duties will include assisting the Area Manager, covering holidays and sickness for the staff on static sites. General cleaning duties apply; dusting, mopping, hoovering and emptying of bins across our sites throughout the Cardiff,Newport and Swansea areas.Applicants must be able to clean to high standard and use their own initiative.
Cleaning & Maintenance
APPROVED CLEANING SERVICES are continuing to expand, we are recruiting for Industrial Cleaners. You will be working on new developments and refurbishments in the South Wales area. Our Industrial Cleaners must hold a current CSCS card and have previous cleaning experience.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards for our clients and duties include carrying out all cleaning tasks in accordance with work schedules, taking responsibility of Health & Safety for yourself and others at work. You will be undertaking all aspects of builders cleans including vacuuming, carpet cleaning, dusting and polishing. Any necessary training on use of machinery will be provided.
